Google Ads management for Melbourne businesses
Google Ads for Melbourne businesses should match the service people need—not just attract clicks. GrowthLine provides remote search campaign management from Perth, with particular attention to broker enquiries and measurement.
What's included
Search campaigns built around the service you sell
We agree the campaign, service area and measurement before launch. Mortgage brokers are a current focus; other service businesses are welcome.
- Service and location keyword research
- Search campaign setup and ad copy
- Search-term and negative-keyword reviews
- Campaign landing page within the agreed scope
- Call and form conversion tracking, configured and tested
- Ongoing bid and budget reviews

Keep Melbourne customer location and property location distinct
A local borrower may be buying elsewhere, and a person outside Melbourne may be seeking help with a Victorian purchase. Decide whether your campaign is constrained by the customer’s location, the property location or your own service coverage. Do not infer one from the other.
An illustrative broker enquiry form could ask which service is requested and where the purchase is planned if those answers are needed for routing. Ask only what is necessary at this stage. Marketing-fit questions do not assess borrowing capacity or decide credit suitability.
Build a paid-search path separate from local SEO
Google Ads buys placements for relevant searches; local SEO concerns unpaid visibility. A website may support both, but a paid campaign needs an ad-specific offer, a working enquiry path and tested conversion actions. Organic rankings are not evidence that the paid campaign is performing.
We review whether the page explains the broker’s service, next step and actual coverage on a phone. Wider SEO and AEO work remains a separate scope. GrowthLine’s confirmed Melbourne experience is in Meta advertising and websites, not a claim of proven Melbourne Google Ads outcomes.
Review an existing account before replacing its structure
If you already advertise, provide access and explain which enquiries were useful. We review available search terms, conversion actions and where spend is going before recommending changes. Missing records limit the review; they do not establish that the existing provider or campaign failed.
A branded search, a refinancing enquiry and a broad service search can behave differently. Review them in context rather than comparing blended averages alone. Our national Google Ads page explains the broader audit process; this page focuses on planning a Melbourne service-area campaign.
Why GrowthLine
Perth-based, working with you remotely
GrowthLine is founded by Harry. Before entering advertising, Harry worked as a buyers agent for three years, providing property-industry context across WA, Victoria and Queensland. This is not credit-advice expertise or a promise of campaign results.
We can work with Melbourne businesses remotely. GrowthLine does not claim a Melbourne office. Your accounts remain in your name; access, materials, approvals and reporting arrangements are agreed before work begins.
How it works
From enquiry to an agreed next step
Strategy call
We look at your services, target area, current enquiries and budget to see whether paid ads make sense for you.
Plan
We agree the offer, targeting, budget, what counts as a good enquiry and how results will be reported.
Build
We agree your launch date after receiving the required access, materials and approvals and completing the launch checks.
Optimise
We review results with you, cut what isn't working and adjust targeting, ads and pages over time.
Pricing
Management starts at $1,490 / month + GST for one core campaign on a single platform, or $2,490 / month + GST for multi-channel campaigns across Google and Meta. Ad spend is separate and paid directly by you from your own account.
Platform coverage and deliverables are agreed before work begins. CRM connections, notifications and follow-up depend on compatible systems, access and testing. Qualification means agreed marketing-fit criteria, not credit assessment or a decision to engage a client. Follow-up follows the enquiry request, contact permissions, replies, bookings and opt-outs; a reply hands over to you. An unanswered or unqualified enquiry is not marketing consent.
