What we collect
When you enquire, book a call or become a client, we may collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, role, and details about your business and marketing that you choose to give us. If you contact us through a Facebook or Instagram lead form, we receive the details you submit in that form.
How we collect it
Directly from you (forms, calls, emails, messages and meetings), from lead forms you submit on Meta platforms, and from publicly available business listings when we research businesses we may contact.
Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry, book and hold calls, prepare proposals, deliver and report on our services, manage our client relationships, meet legal obligations, and, if you have agreed, send you marketing. You can opt out of marketing at any time.
Who we share it with
Service providers who help us run our business, including our CRM and communications platform (GoHighLevel), email and document tools (Google Workspace), payment processing (Stripe), video messaging (Loom) and advertising platforms (Meta). We do not sell your personal information.
Overseas disclosure
Some of these providers store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States. We use reputable providers and take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Security
We store information in password-protected systems with access limited to people who need it.
